Our organization is committed to promote health awareness by promoting diverse health fair events throughout the Fallbrook community by providing free and low cost health fair screenings to patients in community settings such as school districts, churches, super-markets, non-profit organizations, and a variety of other civic group locations. Our organization provides participants access to preventing health education and screening services such as diabetes testing, blood pressure screening, cholesterol testing, vision testing, and child development tests.

We have successfully completed numerous health events throughout the Fallbrook community by locating organizations that share our mission and would like to contribute with our community.
